Local hosts Chef Paul Kahan, Restaurateur Donnie Madia Gianfrancisco (both of One Off Hospitality Group) and Chef Tony Mantuano (Spiaggia) invite stellar chefs to serve up world-class food for everyone in attendance to sample.

Along with some lively musical entertainment, there’s also an outdoor beer garden complete with drinks that pair perfectly with the night’s culinary delights.
