Modern American Japanese restaurant, Yūgen, is offering a celebratory three-course menu in honor of the Chicago Tribune Food Bowl. Chef Mari Katsumura and team curated a menu that includes seasonal canapés, seaweed salad, crab rice, chawanmushi and a goat dessert accompanied by mignardises for $85.
