There’s a category for almost any event you can imagine. Check the descriptions for some examples to get you started and then pick one or a few different days to hold your event.
Registration fees include listings online and in our printed program, inclusion in marketing, use of the FOOD BOWL logo and marketing materials.
Giveback (Registration fee: Free)
Host a charity based event such as a bake sale or tribute dinner to raise money and awareness for your favorite cause tackling food waste, sustainability, food insecurity or hunger.
Exclusive Dinners (Registration fee: $295)
New openings, host collaborative dinners, special tasting menus and secret off-the-menu dishes exclusively during August.
Panels & Talks (Registration fee: $295)
Host a roundtable with guest speakers at your restaurant. Or partner with a theater, college, food association or charity to highlight food and hospitality related issues.
Pop-Ups & Parties (Registration fee: $295)
Host anything from block parties to pop-up taco bars to an oyster festival.
Things in a Bowl (Registration fee: $195)
Create a month-long menu special served in a bowl.
Brunch & Lunch (Registration fee: $295)
Create a unique themed event, lunch special or secret menu item showcasing that great food, and great food events, are available all day long!
Beverage Focus (Registration fee: $95)
It’s all about drinks paired with canapes or complementing an inventive feast — think beer, wine, cocktails or even kombucha bars. Bartenders and their communities are invited to create classes, pop-ups and exciting interactions with cocktails.
Classes, Markets & Tours (Registration fee: $195)
Hold a cooking class revealing secrets to your signature dish. Teach knife and butchery skills. Conduct a tour of your local farmers market, demos featuring local or out-of-town chefs, partner a farmer with a chef for a tasting of produce, or introduce some unique new vendors.
Kids in the Kitchen (Registration fee: $295)
