Yotam Ottolenghi is one of our favorite chef authors, with 7 amazing cookbooks under his belt. In this class, we focus on recipes from his dessert book, Sweet, co-authored by Helen Goh. This is a hands-on class where students will make desserts that celebrate some of Ottolenghi’s favorite flavors. Menu includes: Tahini Halva Brownies, Ginger Sour Cream Cake, Chocolate Peanut Butter S’mores.
