Green City Market encourages kids to try new, locally grown sustainable foods at Club Sprouts. At every market, children are given the opportunity to taste an in-season market item and participate in a fun food activity. On this day, kids will be trying different preserved fruits and vegetables and will learn about preservation, including pickling.
