Green City Market encourages kids to try new, locally grown sustainable foods at Club Sprouts. At every market, children are given the opportunity to taste an in-season market item and participate in a fun food activity. On this day, kids will learn how to use a refractometer to measure sugar content in foods and learn the differences between natural, added and artificial sweeteners.
