Eleven Madison Park\’s Head Bartender, Matt Hunter, will be taking over the bars in Cherry Circle Room and Milk Room on the second floor of the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel for two nights in August. He\’ll be guest bartending in the James Beard award-winning Cherry Circle Room (\’Outstanding Restaurant Design\’) on Thursday, August 15, and in the intimate, eight-seat micro bar Milk Room on Friday, August 16. Matt will be making signature Eleven Madison Park cocktails as well as a special menu of cocktails exclusive for the evenings. Guests will have the opportunity to talk with him about his cocktail philosophy, Eleven Madison Park, and his relationship with Chicago.
