Enjoy a family-style, farm-to-table menu atop the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile\’s rooftop garden, located on Michigan Avenue, Thursday, August 15th. The dinner, in partnership with local partner Heritage Prairie Farms, will highlight dishes prepared by the Hotel\’s Executive Chef Frank Sanchez using ingredients from the hotel\’s garden as well as Heritage Prairie Farms. Seasonal dishes on the menu boasting an array of flavor include BBQ Carrots with spiced crema, pistachio gremolata, tomato ceviche, citrus, herbs, buttered bread and handmade ricotta; Shaved Zucchini with farmers cheese, lemon vinaigrette and roasted seeds; Crispy Short Rib with pickled cucumbers, portugal peppers, XO sauce and savory caramel; and more!
