This summer, Lawry’s The Prime Rib, a Chicago treasure since 1974, has partnered up with Chicago Architecture Foundation Center to offer summertime cruise packages. The packages include an architecture river tour aboard Chicago\’s First Lady Cruises, followed by a three-course meal. The 90-minute cruise starts at the corner of Michigan and Wacker and goes up both branches of the river, highlighting Chicago’s amazing architecture.

The SideDoor Lunch + Chicago Architecture Foundation cruise package: The 90-minute cruise starts at 11:30 am. After the tour guests come to the restaurant to enjoy a three-course lunch beginning with soup, prime rib chili, or salad. Entrée options include the famous pastrami sandwich, sandwiches, or the cheeseburger. Dessert offers SideDoor\’s delicious sticky toffee pudding. The cost per guest for this package is $80.

The Lawry’s Dinner + Chicago Architecture Foundation cruise package: The 90-minute cruise starts at 5:30 pm. After the tour guests come to the restaurant to enjoy a 3-course dinner beginning with the famous spinning bowl salad, and continuing with Lawry\’s California cut of prime rib au jus served with mashed potatoes and gravy and Yorkshire pudding. For dessert, guests enjoy a mini CC Brown’s sundae with choice of coffee/tea. Salmon and vegetarian options are also available. The cost per guest for this package is $110 Sunday-Friday and $120 on Saturday. Children are $62 Sunday-Friday and $72 on Saturday.
