International Japanese Ramen brand Kinton Ramen is cooling things down this summer with the launch of their newest menu item – chilled ramen. Kinton’s chilled ramen features a serving of noodles mixed with ground sesame, sesame oil, and topped with two pieces of pork belly and nori. Noodles are served alongside a chilled ramen broth for dipping and a plate of grated daikon, wasabi, scallions, and a quail egg for customizable topping. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Lurie Children\’s Hospital of Chicago.
